Eufy Security blocked me from calling

I recently bought a Eufy s340 from Amazon but it will not pick up movement and move with it and I have tried calling Eufy about it and they never answered there phone calls. And sent me a email telling me "Thank you for reaching out to us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

We are currently facing staffing shortages in our phone support department, which has unfortunately affected our ability to assist all customers promptly. We deeply regret any frustration this may have caused.
If you have any specific questions or issues, please let us know directly, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Best regards, So I emailed them back asking what they were spending all there money on was it "Drugs" instead of better customer service and now everytime I try to call for assistance they hang up on before they even pick up the phone calls that I have tried to make to them for help with issues with the Eufy S340. So let me warn all of you out there Eufy once was a Great reliable company but now they are not worth the time or money to waste for since they can't even answer there phone calls and then "Block" someone's phone number for just asking them if they can't hire enough employees that can answer their phone calls then what are they spending there money on "Drugs" instead.

Hi team I didn't talk to anyone it was all email and asked me questions that were quite confusing! what I would like is to talk with someone and get them to walk me through it, as I am not teck savy , I have tried and tried to reset it but it doesn't work my tower is blue, but I can't get it on my phone.
